Prof. Aleli D. Kraft is currently Professor and was Health Economics Program Coordinator at the University of the Philippines Diliman School of Economics. She obtained her PhD in Economics from the same institution in 1997.  Her professional experience include positions at the National Economic and Development Authority, the Philippine Institute for Development Studies and consulting work for health and international trade projects funded by the World Bank, USAID, ADB and the EU. She is actively involved in health economics research and health sector policy work. She has also published in local and international journals.
