Dr. Ryner Jose D. Carrillo is a Professor at the University of the Philippines, College of Medicine, and is a fellow of the Philippine Society of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery with Master of Science in Clinical Epidemiology. He is an attending Ear, Nose, Throat, and Head and Neck surgeon at the Philippine General Hospital since 2006. He is also a panel chair at the UP Manila Institutional Research Board and a member of Bids and Awards Committee.
