FREDERIC IVAN L. TING, MD, MAN, MCM(MO), FPCP, FPSMO

Dr. Frederic Ivan L. Ting, MD, MAN, MCM(MO), FPCP, FPSMO, is a clinician scientist specializing in Medical Oncology and is currently serving as the Head of Cancer Research at the Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital and as Associate Dean of the College of Medicine at the University of St. La Salle. He is also actively involved in the training committee of the Philippine Society of Medical Oncology and represents the Philippines in the Scientific Committee of the Asia Pacific Oncology Drug Development Consortium. Dr. Ting is also a Fellow of the Philippine College of Physicians and the Philippine Society of Medical Oncology.

He is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Health Professions Education at the University of the Philippines – Manila National Teacher Training Center for the Health Professions. Dr. Ting has published over 50 scientific papers in international peer-reviewed journals and has received numerous prestigious awards in the field of oncology and medical research.
