Issuance under the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) Office of the Secretary (OSEC) Citizens’ Charter

The DOST HTA Division is committed to transparent and efficient service delivery in support of evidence-based health policy decisions.

The HTA Division Citizens’ Charter (CC), issued under the DOST-OSEC Citizens’ Charter, outlines the Division’s key services, including: (1) Topic Nomination for General HTA Track Assessments (p. 39); and (2) Topic Nomination for Minor Inclusion Track for drugs and vaccines listed in the Philippine National Formulary (PNF) (p. 43).

This Charter is aligned with the current Philippine HTA Process Guide, ensuring clarity, accountability, and consistency in all HTA-related processes.
