This is to update all our stakeholders that the Health Technology Assessment (HTA) Council has completed the Philippine HTA Methods Guide for Assessing Preventive and Promotive Health Technologies [DRAFT]. This is part of our ongoing efforts to develop specific HTA Methods Guides across different health technologies. This new methods guide shall complement the Philippine HTA Methods Guide.

As we finalize this document, we are publicly posting the draft version, for any comments and inputs of all stakeholders. You may submit your comments and inputs from 08 to 22 July 2026 to our official email address, hta@dost.gov.ph, with a cover letter addressed to the Chairperson of the HTA Council, Dr. Jacinto Blas V. Mantaring III.
